therapist Bayleigh Griffith, LCMHCA, provides therapy online and in-person therapy services.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. I utilize modalities such as Internal Family Systems and Person Centered Therapy, tailoring my approach to fit each client right now. These all serve to help me understand your story, teach you to experience and manage your emotions, introduce you to new skills, and help you as you set goals for yourself.
I love integrating faith into therapy, but you always have the option to decide if this will be a part of your journey, and how much. However you want you journey to look, I believe in a holistic approach - mind, body, and soul. And whatever your story so far, it’s not over. I’d be honored to be a part of it.
My practice is both in-person (Greensboro, NC) and online. I see individuals 16+ and would be honored to be a part of your story.
