This is a vintage Spanx High Waisted Power Panty, style 032 We were cleaning out my grandmother's house and found several trunks in her attic containing my grammd,pter's and mother's intimate lingerie. This was in my mother's attic trunk and is new in the package. Spanx took the higher power in the panty and extended up to the waistline. This smoother the midriff, tummy, thighs, and derriere. This has the cotton lined split gusset so there are no VPLs. and it make life easier when mother nature calls. The smooth fabric stays up with the special knitting technique. Body shaping control offers perfect smoothing support. No leg band! No more bulge or mark on the thighs. My husband and I have several pairs of these and agree that this is one of our favorites.
