He was casually dressed and was friendly. He showed us and let my son drive the car. We went in to fill up the credit application since I was not buying the car in cash upfront.. Gus handled the transaction. Though my son wanted to get a lower deal, Gus explained the market value and the quality of cars that they sell in their lot. He was straight to the point, which is why probably some people may feel he is coming off as rude, it is just his nature to be blunt with customers about offering the car at its market value. In the end, he lowered the price a tad bit and offered the 3 year/36,000 miles warranty for the cost of one year. He kept his word also to have the shop
