Blazer has no stains. Inside the interior lining at the shoulders, both seams are ripped (see pictures). I don’t think it came that way, although it looks intentional, but maybe they were ripped to provide a little more flexibility and arm movement. Either way, a quick thread and needle will stitch it up and does not impact the wear or look of the blazer! ó‿ó
