I love that this is a somewhat in-demand pattern that is composed of two pieces. But, they are both here and ready for you to use all summer long! Pattern is already cut (common in the period) and instructions are present as well. The novelty of knits was just beginning, and it revolutionized sewing and ready-to-wear! Collectible as well as a great little piece of sexy history. “One Size” Manufacturer/Label: Simplicity Pattern number: 5555 Copyright/Publication: 1972 Size: OS Complete: yes Uncut: Pre cut in manufacturing Factory Folds: yes Envelope Condition: Wrinkling, edge and corner wear, rips/tears, yellowing/fading, flap damage, random marks/writing Please note detail photos for envelope condition and sizing. Sewing sizing/measurements differ greatly from ready-to-wear. Because patterns are paper and I have no way of knowing how they were stored prior to acquiring them, I use an all natural clove based spray to prevent/repel silverfish and other insects that are attracted to paper. It isn’t overly strong, but if you detect a whiff of cloves, that’s what it is. I also use cedar blocks in my drawers/bins for the same reason. I have a non-smoking home with one dog who is not interested in sewing. I have no way of knowing what home environment a specific pattern has come from. As of OCTOBER 01, 2021, USPS is slowing down first class mail, which is the only way to ship patterns economically. Please be aware that while I ship within 24 of your order and go the Post Office every day that it is open, I have no control over how long USPS takes to get your purchase to you.
